Improved level of Operability by Computer-Control System

The Ultra Series Hybrid Balaman provides an enhanced simple, easy, and safe operation of the balancers. The Eco-friendly balancer simplifies the operation with the touch of a single button instead of multiples commands buttons. The single selection in the Hybrid enables the sequences of Vacuum, Motion Up and Balance that are the norm in the pneumatic balancers. The release of the workpiece is done with the same button. The Hybrid also supports weight change of the workpiece while if been lifted. With a simple, easy and safe operation, the Balaman detects if the workpiece is been held properly and it does not release it until after it is on the ground.

  • The Ultra Balaman U2BM series scoops up objects without using the switch.
  • Once objects are grasped with no-load balance, Ultra Balaman U2BM series gives a load balance by simply lifting the handle.

  • Keeps its balance when the weight of the workpiece gradually changes and detects it with sensors to update lifting force in real time

  • Up to eight programmable weights and six different attachments can be pre-programed and selected via HMI
