The PLB Cutting machine with steel rule die which cuts whole cavities in a shot. Can be connected to FLB Thermoforming machine, production line gets high speed and stable. Dual-use for continuous trimming and cut sheet trimming. The sensor for feeding the sheet and the function of grip opening prevent from trimming slide. Sheet feeding, cutting table and counting table are AC servo motor drive. Scrap winder equipment is standard specification. The machine cuts each row per shot of the feeding direction, so that the mold is smaller and cheaper than normal machine’s mold.
